Title-Felt FW25

Findings:

  • DESIGNED FOR WOMEN THROUGH AND THROUGH
  • FIT TO A "T": Felt calls its women's line "FIT Woman," which seems like a marketing tag designed to lety you feel self-congratulatory: "I'm fit: this bike's for me!" But it refers to how the bikes are built: Felt studied the general attributes of women's anatomies, then constructed frames around those characteristics to put women in the ideal riding position. Many companies do that but Felt goes a step further by using tubes with unique wall thicknesses to suit women's slighter builds.
  • IT WORKS: In her review of last year's $2000 Felt FW2 (September, 2007), out Fit Chick said, "Felt nails women-specifics."
