• "GOOD VIBES: Trek's OCLV carbon-fiber technology is augmented here with vibration control, an elastomeric layer sandwiched between carbon plies on the seatstays, which is designed to dampen road buzz."
• "SIT UP: The pilot series makes small but important changes to Trek's race geometry. Longer chainstays offer a softer ride, while a relaxed head angle with more trail makes the bike more stable, and the compact geometry brings the handlebar closer to seat height for a more upright position."
